Essential Duties of the PostgreSQL SME:
- Design, deploy, and maintain high-performance Postgres database environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve database performance issues
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and stored procedures
- Manage database backups and recovery procedures
Qualifications of the PostgreSQL SME:
- 5+ years of experience in SQL Database Administration and/or Development.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain an active Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Strong experience with Postgres SQL including configuration, tuning, and monitoring.
- Certifications like Security+ or PostgreSQL Certified Professional is preferred
Compensation for the PostgreSQL SME:
- $115,000 - $155,000 (based on experience)
- GREAT remote flexibility (only onsite for emergencies)
