The F-16 Flight Controls team is seeking highly motivated and experienced Control Account Manager (CAM) to join our team. As the CAM , you will be you will be responsible for
• Managing the cost, schedule, and technical execution of work scope across multiple F-16 programs
• Applying Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles to perform cost and schedule variance analysis, develop monthly estimate to complete assessments, and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
• Identifying and assessing risk and opportunity impacts, implementing scope changes, and baselining new projects in accordance with established monthly business rhythms
• Collaborating with Technical Leads and the Functional Manager to resolve conflicts and ensure adherence to department and program processes
**Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.**

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and Control Account Manager (CAM) and its application in a large-scale project environment
• Strong understanding of planning and scheduling tools and techniques
• Bachelor's degree or higher in related field from an accredited college or university.
Desired Skills:
• Technical degree preferred.
• Control Account Manager Experience.
• Familiarity with the F-16 program
• EVMS/CAM Certified (CAM 101 Test Passed).
• Experience in the contracting life-cycle processes (RFP, BOEs, negotiation)
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and interact with diverse stakeholders
• Active Secret clearance
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
