Nightwing is seeking a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic cyber engineering team in a unique mission space in the NOVA area. This position will work closely with the customer and the program team to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements and timelines.

Nightwing is seeking a talented Program Manager to lead a dynamic cyber engineering team in a unique mission space in the NOVA area. This position will work closely with the customer and the program team to ensure our solutions meet customer requirements and timelines.
Responsibilities include:
- Single POC for contract performance.
- Leads team project execution.
- Plans & directs the timely & successful completion of Statement of Work efforts.
- Tracks & reports program metrics:(Cost/Schedule/Technical/Operational/Quality). Responsible for weekly/monthly financial reporting.
- Manage contract to budget and level of effort (if applicable)
- Ensures deliverables are built to meet functional, performance, and security requirements.
- Creates, reviews & maintains programmatic/technical artifacts.
- Manages resources to deliver qualified, properly cleared personnel to address customer tasks.
- Manage the relationship with the customer, Nightwing, and relevant stakeholders.
Required Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferably in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Program Management
- Project Management Professional Certification (desired)
- Active TS/SCI clearance with CI polygraph (FSP preferred or commitment to obtain)
- Strong teamwork, team management, and interpersonal skills at all management levels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to set and manage expectations for scope, schedule, budget, risk and quality.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience with collaborative project management tools.
- Managing global dispersed teams.
Desired Experience:
- Briefing and meeting with senior level management
- Understanding of the customer and the Intelligence Community.
- Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects and tactics.
