What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies and when appropriate, responding to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the location's operations.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or conditions at the location, documenting incidents as required.
• Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal team members to support security-related operations at an aerospace and defense environment.
• Maintain awareness of surroundings and communicate promptly with supervisors regarding any security-related matters.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• You must be at least 21 years of age.
• An active Department of Defense Top Secret Clearance is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
