FWI is building a team to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, programmatic, and analytical support to the National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA). As an Administrative Assistant, you will manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, and document workflows to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and enable leadership to focus on strategic priorities.

- Manage calendars, correspondence, meetings, and document workflows
- Maintain databases and stakeholder communications
- Coordinate travel and training arrangements
- Prepare metrics reporting and maintain templates and distribution lists
- Support routine operational needs with professionalism, discretion, and responsiveness
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
