FWI is building a team to provide comprehensive administrative, executive, programmatic, and analytical support to the National Science Foundation's Office of Legislative and Public Affairs (OLPA). As a SAHPR (Sexual Assault & Harassment Prevention & Response) Program Administrative Assistant, you will support the development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, guidance documents, and communications related to sexual assault and harassment prevention and response.

Responsibilities
- Support development, review, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and guidance documents
- Develop and maintain FAQs and other program materials
- Conduct research and analysis related to program requirements
- Perform rigorous editorial reviews of program materials
- Produce clear, accurate, and audience-appropriate communications
- Ensure materials reflect agency policy, regulatory requirements, and NSF Office of the Director practices
Qualifications
Required:
- Experience in administrative support or policy/program support
- Experience conducting research and performing editorial reviews
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
