Key Responsibilities:

• Provide developer support for systems and tools that process large volumes of data from diverse sources.
• Build and maintain scalable data pipelines using Java, Apache Kafka, and Apache NiFi.
• Develop Angular-based web applications for analyst and data scientist use.
• Implement and optimize search capabilities using ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Work in cloud-based environments and leverage containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Collaborate in Agile scrum teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

• Travel Requirements: Minimal
• Working Hours: Standard

Qualifications:

Required:

• Active TS/SCI++
• Minimum of 10 years of experience
• Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent technical discipline (or additional years of specialized experience).
• Proven experience with Java, Apache Kafka, and Apache NiFi.
• Demonstrated experience building Angular web applications.
• Experience with ElasticSearch/OpenSearch.
• Experience in cloud-based environments.
• Proficiency with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Desired:

• Experience with Python.
• Experience with SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Hive).
• Familiarity with Apache Hadoop ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Apache Spark and its APIs.
• Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes, Apache Airflow).
