The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) is looking for a Human Resource Analyst to provide support to our government customer in Pensacola, Florida .

This role reports to the government lead of PMW 240's Business Operations and Program Control office. The Human Resources Analyst plays a key role in collaborating with leadership and project teams to meet the organizational administrative support requirements. The ideal candidate will manage office level efforts to plan, coordinate and compose projects in support of vital customer relationship initiatives for the Navy workforce. This position is required to support Monday-Friday with onsite Monday-Thursday and Friday a day of telework.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage action items in the government tool to track action item due dates, modifications, ownership, completion and reclamas.
  • Provide calendar support to multiple government civilians by maintaining up to date and accurate appointments, events, office and conference/conference room calendars (i.e. MS Outlook). The calendar should be customized to each principal and conference room. You will serve as the Point of Contact for the government civilian.
  • Serve as the primary clerical officer to gather inputs for data calls and drafting responses and revising data call responses for government review.
  • Provide meeting support by coordinating with internal/external customers, draft agendas, VTC equipment support, taking meeting minutes, finalizing for review, distributing the minutes to all parties and filing for record copy.
  • Provide in-person meeting support by notifying and coordinating arrival of participants, providing agendas and read-aheads, directions and arranging support services/equipment.
  • Manage all mail functions for the organization by receiving and sending physical mail and packages, prepare documents for distribution, coordinate postage/billing and accounting, and manage classified mailings.
  • Provide records management support by collecting, organizing, filing, and retrieving documentation such as reports, correspondence, messages, meeting minutes, memos and other documents.
  • Organize, inventory, maintain, order, receive, distribute and dispose of all office supplies and office equipment.
  • Provide total force management support for assigned contractor personnel by assisting with onboarding/offboarding activities to include maintaining data, preparing reports and assist with government CAC card duties. Will assist in network user access forms and system access requests and provide onsite support for new/departing employees.
    REQUIRED DEGREE/EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree and 3 years' experience.

Substitution: Associate degree plus 4 years of additional relevant work experience or High School diploma and 6 years of additional experience.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Ability to learn and apply technical concepts to assigned duties.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and data mining skills.
  • Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 suite of applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen.
  • Active SECRET clearance required.
