Information Technology Support Analyst (CMMC)

Mayvin is currently seeking an energetic, and motivated applicants to join our team as an Information Technology Support Analyst to support our Corporate and Contract IT infrastructure consisting of multiple locations within the Northern Virginia area. This is an important role within the company and has high visibility across the executive team and organization. The individual selected must be self-directed, results-oriented, and customer-focused; one who displays ethics, integrity, and leadership qualities. Through exposure to leadership, project management and business planning activities, the successful candidate will develop a foundation for basic requirements necessary to be successful in a small business environment.

This position is located at our corporate headquarters.

Must be a US citizen.

Must have an active Secret or higher clearance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide systems support tasks for hardware devices and software packages, help with installation setups, and revise existing documentation guidelines
• Provide timely technical support for users and work with them to solve existing problems
• Provide training for teams in multi-faceted departments, answer technology questions as needed, complete administrative tasks when required, and fill out documentation when requesting new inventory
• Commute short distances between office locations to provide support
• Provide support to remote users and escalate issues to supervisors as needed
