This position supports our customer's nationwide TSCM program with strategic and operational support across various locations, providing essential contributions to safeguarding classified and sensitive information from foreign and domestic threats. The Telecommunications Specialist will apply analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills while working with technical, functional, and management personnel. The ideal candidate will have experience with COMSEC Type 1 Keys and associated equipment, as well as hands-on knowledge of STE installation, repair, upgrades, troubleshooting, and destruction of Controlled Cryptographic Items (CCI). Experience with NSA-approved Key Management Systems (KMS) and related equipment is required.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an activeTop Secret/DOE Q clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities :
- Manage, administer, maintain, and secure telecommunications equipment supporting COMSEC operations
- Install, troubleshoot, upgrade, and repair secure telecommunications devices, including STEs and associated CCI
- Interface and integrate secure telecommunications equipment with local classified and unclassified network operations
- Detect, diagnose, report, and resolve issues with hardware and software supporting secure communications
- Assist with COMSEC audits, inspections, inventories, and training as required
- Ensure operations and equipment comply with national COMSEC policies and procedures
