Intelligence Community - CI POLY

Mayvin is seeking highly skilled and experienced professionals with Intelligence Community backgrounds to provide comprehensive executive and mission support.

Multiple positions are available, including Paralegals, Executive Assistants, Financial Analysts, Business Operations Specialists, Human Resource Specialists, and Security Management Services professionals. These roles are essential to ensuring the efficient delivery of administrative, operational, and coordination services across senior leadership teams and mission partners.

Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph required.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver executive-level administrative and operational support to customer leadership and mission elements.
• Coordinate meetings, briefings, and information flow across internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage and track action items, correspondence, and taskings to ensure timely and accurate completion.
• Support program operations, documentation, and reporting requirements in alignment with mission objectives.
• Develop and maintain effective communication and collaboration across mission partners and functional areas.
• Assist with process improvements and workflow optimization to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a collaborative and mission-focused team environment.
