Key Tasks:
A Senior Change Manager develops, oversees, and implements change management strategies to ensure successful organizational transitions, focusing on minimizing disruption and maximizing user adaption and adoption. Work with State, Federal, and Development Teams to achieve an efficient and effective transition from legacy to modernized Medicaid Financial System. The Senior Change Manager plays a vital role in driving successful change initiatives that align with the organization's strategic objectives.
Required Skills:
Exceptional communications, Strong Analytical Skills, Leadership, Transition Planning, and experience working with people to create highly functional teams.
Experience transitioning financial systems and business processes.
Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar degree. Must have accounting or finance experience.
Desired Skills:
Certification in change management, Advanced degree or dual BS in Business and Information Systems or similar technical degree
Education/Certifications:
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or related technical fields.
The proposed salary range for this position in Maryland is 155,000 to 190,000. Final salary will be determined based on various factors.
