You will lead strategy and execution: shaping offerings, writing and winning proposals, advising clients, and personally driving initiatives across cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, and data analytics.
What You'll Do
As the Senior Director of IT Solutions & Growth, you will:
- Lead IT Services Growth: Develop and execute strategies to expand Blue Rose's IT services footprint across the federal market
- Proposal Development & Win Strategy: Write, manage, and deliver winning federal IT proposals with deep, current understanding of core IT domains
- Solutioning & Client Engagement: Partner directly with clients to assess needs and architect tailored, compliant IT solutions; serve as a trusted technical advisor
- Hands-On Leadership: Drive initiatives personally-identify gaps, solve problems, and execute without passive oversight
- Build on Existing Subcontracts: Expand and mature IT staff augmentation and subcontracting capabilities
- Business Development Partnership: Collaborate with executive leadership on offerings, pricing, capture strategy, and market positioning
- Thought Leadership: Establish Blue Rose as a credible IT leader through solution excellence and client outcomes
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work environment; flexibility required to support capture and proposal timelines
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Proven success writing and winning federal IT proposals
- Broad, deep technical expertise across multiple IT service areas (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, software development, data analytics)
- Strong client-facing skills with demonstrated solution architecture capability
- Results-driven, self-motivated leader who thrives in a small-business environment
- Experience with capture management and end-to-end solutioning strongly preferred
- PMP or equivalent
- ITIL
- AWS and/or Azure certifications
- CISSP or other recognized cybersecurity credentials
- Competitive base salary: $130,000 - $160,000
- Performance-based bonuses tied to proposal wins and revenue growth (10-20% of base)
