We are looking for experienced Data Architect/Analyst to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver engineering services for network infrastructure as well as sophisticated enterprise computing infrastructure including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services as well as virtualized applications, and storage systems. Enterprise Computing Engineering services include modern application technology including containerized solutions with orchestrated workflow that function both on customer premise, and via remote Cloud services. Network infrastructure engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice and video engineering, field engineering, application management and development for networks, network analytics, firewalls, network access controls and bandwidth service delivery. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding experience in which you are able to provide solutions on one of the most complex and high profile programs within this community.

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

We are looking for experienced Data Architect/Analyst to join our technology-based program supporting a key Government customer. It is imperative that the candidate come with relevant knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform tasks.
  • 11+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and/or data management.
  • Bachelors degree in related field
  • Must be innovative and forward-thinking to develop data solutions to support the sponsor's Business Intelligence objectives and implement Business Analytics strategic thrusts
  • Highly proficient in using Power BI, Splunk, Excel, PowerPoint and other data analysis tools, as needed, to visualize business intelligence and analytics data (i.e., data reports and dashboards)
  • Experience using Power BI languages such as Data Analysis Expressions (DAX), M and C#
  • Experience using Splunk query language, Splunk Processing Language (SPL) to search and analyze data
  • Proficiency in languages such as SQL, Python and JavaScript to query, manipulate and store data in databases
  • Experience using best practices in data governance, data quality, and data integrity to collect, display and analyze data to provide forecasts to help sponsor make informed decisions about future business needs
  • Experience working with large data sets and perform data analysis, data mining, and data cleansing
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identity trends and patterns in complex data sets
  • Ability to perform gap analysis and make recommendations on the data that should be collected to best support the sponsor's goals and objectives
  • Ability to design, develop, and implement databases, data collection systems, and data analytics strategies.
  • Experience defining, monitoring and reporting on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and experience executing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
  • Familiarity with Cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google) and how they can be leveraged to satisfy enterprise business analytics capabilities
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate results, patterns, and predictions to stakeholders.


Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Certification in data analysis or a related field (c-g., Oracle Certified Professional, Certified Data Analyst) is preferred
  • Certification in a specific data analysis tool or technology (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Developer Associate, Splunk Certified User or Admin.)
  • Tableau development experience


Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
