Review engineering drawings for product assembly and testing
Perform kitting of parts for assembly
Conduct electromechanical fabrication including harness builds and wiring
Perform mechanical fabrication including assembly of hatches and base kits
Assemble, troubleshoot, test, solder, and repair components
Test and inspect in-process and completed products
Qualifications:
10+ years' aviation production experience or Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
Familiarity with test equipment like oscilloscope and multimeter
Experience with AS9100 and ISO 9000 QMS procedures
Proficiency with personal computers and networking
Ability to analyze manufacturing drawings for material requirements
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of manufacturing processes and test instrumentation
Experience using SolidWorks or AutoCAD
Expertise in troubleshooting components and system integrations
Familiarity with Harness Related Mil Specs
