Credence has an immediate opening for an Operational Flight Program M-Series Logistics Support, Senior who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at Wright Patterson AFB.

F-16 "Viper" AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 "Viper" is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners.

The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). MNFP began in 1975 with the countries of Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway; Portugal joined in 200.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:
  • The Operational Flight Program M-Series Logistics Support Senior shall support ILS management for acquisition and sustainment for each Acquisition Category 2 Modular Mission Computer (MMC) series, and M5+, M6+ and M7+ OFP software development actions on all USAF F-16 Block 40/42/50/52 aircraft.
  • Support F-16 program office for platform meetings at various classification levels.
  • Assist with the AFMC depot SORAP and use of the related database templates, coordination cycle with the Air Logistics Complex assignment, and participation in the Business Case Analysis (BCA) supporting documents.
  • Assist to compile and complete the depot maintenance inter-service study.
  • Support the integration of new and existing systems within the OFP software which incorporate the 12 product support elements in the sustainment process. The Contractor shall assist in sustainment planning involving the software capabilities to support the requirements identified by ACC to ensure balanced life cycle software support is maintained through the fielded OFP software life cycle. The Contractor support product support elements related to software sustainment throughout the software life cycle.
  • Assist to ensure the MMC OFP software updates are developed and sustained organically beginning with the M7+ OFP software and demonstrate the ability to officially document required technical data updates to the affected systems are incorporated and fielded to reflect the new OFP software capability.
  • Support all logistics tasks and requirements in direct support of the OFP software series and other assigned F-16 programs. The Contractor shall assist to ensure all logistics support aspects of the program are identified, including, but not limited to, spares/support equipment requirements, provisioning, spares ordering, modifications, technical data, repairs, and facilities infrastructure requirements.
  • Assist to develop logistics support and maintainability programs or plans in compliance with and shall provide strategy, procurement milestone planning, tracking, schedule execution and test asset management.
  • Assist to collect, compile, analyze, and research logistics maintenance data and financial information. The Contractor shall support team members in preparing technical materials, briefing slides, handouts, minutes, letters, reports and agendas.
  • Assist to prepare and present briefings as required by the program office. The Contractor shall assist to prepare charts for official program reviews and present them to the F-16 customer when required.
  • Continually assess the prime weapon system Contractor's efforts, keeping abreast of system schedules, performance progress and resolution of logistical risks and issues. The Contractor shall support program reviews, assist in the preparation of SOWs, and assist to edit other logistics related program documents.
  • Coordinate with ACC and the prime weapon system Contractor to quickly resolve supportability and maintenance issues.
  • Assist in preparation of letters, documents, report, briefings and databases.


Requirements

  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance.
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD.
  • Specialized Experience: Recommend ten years of fighter/bomber, or related aircraft experience with detailed knowledge of all USAF program requirements and recommend at least five of those years be direct F-16 OFP software experience to perform assigned duties independently. Recommend familiarity with F-16 USAF and FMS F-16 configurations.
