Description:
The Sponsor’s IT Resource management and operations integration component is responsible for leading all aspects of budget formulations and execution, the IT portfolio management program and managing business transformation activities. The Sponsor requires specialized support across multiple projects.
1. Providing system and requirements integration with the components that perform the IT development/engineering of capabilities in support of an enterprise portfolio and project management tool for which the Sponsor is the product owner.
2. Managing and supporting the overall financial and business efforts including a new initiative related to cost recovery model. The work will include assessing and analyzing data through conversations with IT and finance Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), as well as documenting and briefing data related to subject.
3. Supporting a startup integrated security initiative with a focus on analyzing current processes, approvals and training while formulating a plan for the future. The work will include communications with security SMEs and developing a roadmap.
Work Requirements:
The Contractor Team shall assist the Sponsor integrate different requirements and capabilities from other offices across the broader Sponsor community into a centralized system.
The Contractor Team shall design, test, and integrate new security products as directed by the GTM.
The Contractor Team shall integrate security products, including designs for all Sponsor networks.
The Contractor Team shall provide technical oversight and direction to designated boards for integrating new technology or major new mission capabilities into the Sponsor environment, standards and structures.
The Contractor Team shall engage with customers to determine the nature of requirement/analytic problem, evaluate options, and offer Information Technology (IT)-based recommendations.
The Contractor Team shall resolve complex IT problems efficiently and accurately while adhering to Sponsor’s standards and procedures.
The Contractor Team shall plan, test, and integrate new and upgraded versions of the relevant IT components, systems, applications, tools.
The Contractor Team shall identify opportunities to integrate and improve resources to accomplish customer needs.
The Contractor Team shall review existing Information Technology (IT) programs and assist in making refinements, reducing operating time, and improve current techniques.
The Contractor Team shall strategically plan new designs for integration into a budget reconciliation database structure, using knowledge of the characteristics of the systems being added to the structure and the specifications for database interfaces to ensure effective integration and optimal database performance.
The Contractor Team shall provide for the logical conversation of customer or product requirements into total system solutions.
The Contractor Team shall review and acquire data from primary or secondary cost recovery data sources and maintain databases/data systems.
The Contractor Team shall identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets to include expenditure plan requirements, and business process analysis.
The Contractor Team shall provide insight into industry trends and make recommendations on future direction; identify new technologies and assess their technical and performance characteristics.
The Contractor Team shall support the development and monitoring of Sponsor its overall community-wide policy and procedures to support mission goals and operations.
The Contractor Team shall stay abreast of Sponsor’s directives, regulations, guidance, notices and standards.
The Contractor Team analyzes current processes, available tools in an effort to enhance the Sponsors change management processes.
The Contractor Team shall be responsible for creating and executing a Sponsor-wide communications plan that facilitates timely and transparent flow of information.
The Contractor Team shall respond to senior level leadership queries on activities.
The Contractor Team shall be responsible for the development of all types of documents and reports by creating and updating graphics presentations to improve the quality and enhance the usability of these documents.
Required Skills:
1. Experience with SharePoint and SharePoint Designer to include creating webpages, webparts, workflows, and setting up and maintaining permissions, and transferring files.
2. Experience with WordPress to include creating sites, pages, and widgets.
3. Experience with Systems Administration including creating collections, transferring files, assigning permissions, and migrating files to SharePoint
4. Experience with Shared Drive and how group and access works.
5. Experience with creating Graphics and banners and experience with tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Shutterstock.
Desired Skills:
