Position Summary:

Bring your project management and L&D experience to the Management Analyst IV position with EnProVera. This position provides advanced data analysis and evaluation support for training programs at the FBI Academy. This role involves independently analyzing survey and test data, developing assessments, and preparing detailed reports for executive management to inform critical training decisions. The position requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and an active Top Secret clearance.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Independently analyze survey and test data, identify and track trends in support of the Basic Field Training Course, Staff Operations Specialist Basic Training, and other programs. The Evaluation Program primarily works with Kirkpatrick levels 1 and 3.
  • Independently and directly provide Executive Management with reports citing students' performance in support of all Suitability and Training Review Boards. Responsible for reviewing and analyzing Level 1 (i.e., instructor, course, and counselor) surveys to identify trends and recommend developmental areas for program delivery.
  • Compile analysis reports in accordance with policies and standard operating procedures prior to submittal for approval to disseminate. This analysis helps program managers and decision makers make critical decisions to better their training programs. The Assessment Program works specifically with Kirkpatrick Level 2 and is responsible for the development and administration of assessments. The team interprets results, conducts analysis, and reports on test data. Ensure the assessments align with the overall requirements and proficiency standards of the training program(s) being assessed.
  • Coordinate with other Training Division units to address curriculum needs. Conduct analysis of survey and test data and make recommendations for improving programs when necessary. Engage with internal and external entities to ensure program needs are met.
  • Communicate processes and procedures for testing and evaluations to program managers.
  • Assist Training Division and customers with training and/or evaluation support requests.
  • Analyze test items in order to ensure test validity and reliability and make sound recommendations that drive testing decisions.
  • Facilitate focus groups and produce focus group reports for Executive Management review.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
  • Seven (7) years related experience in providing technical, managerial, administrative, and/or project support.
  • Able to prepare and modify documents; to include correspondence, analytic reports, drafts, memos, and e-mails.
  • Strong verbal communication skills; able to conduct Executive level briefings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Experienced in gathering, reviewing, and analyzing data to predict needs and make enhancement recommendations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, research skills, and attention to detail.

Desired Skills and Experience:
  • Strong experience in process analysis with proven ability to identify, resolve problems and make beneficial recommendations based on analysis findings.
  • Project Management experience either as project lead or contributor.
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Experience prioritizing projects.
