- You will perform technical and administrative duties of an Occupational Health Technician.
- You will support the industrial hygiene program.
- You will conduct industrial hygiene monitoring surveys at various commands and activities to assess work practices and environmental conditions for hazards to the safety and health of workers, and to detect violations of published health hazards.
- You will perform sampling of potential health hazardous exposures to chemical, physical, and biological stressors in a variety of workplaces.
- You will review files for previously collected data, plan/manage sample collection in accordance with assigned monitoring programs, and coordinate monitoring efforts with serviced command personnel.
- You will enter and maintain current DOEHRS records on all assigned personal sampling equipment.
- You will record data, prepare and send samples to the appropriate laboratory for analysis.

- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
