Analytic Notebook Lead

Blu Omega is seeking an Analytic Notebook Lead for a critical federal analytics program on a remote basis. To be considered for this role, you must hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher), and the ability to work remotely in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment. #CJ

Role Description:

• In this role, you will be supporting our client's AWS-based analytics environment. In this role, you will drive the development, deployment, and optimization of analytic notebooks that enable data scientists and analysts to explore, visualize, and share insights efficiently across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Leveraging your deep expertise in Python, notebook environments (such as Jupyter or Databricks), and advanced analytics techniques, you will architect reusable templates, oversee governance and best practices, and mentor a team to deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to turn business questions into actionable analyses while ensuring that data security, reproducibility, and efficiency standards are met within the analytic notebook ecosystem

Required Skills/Background:

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative, Agile Scrum environment
• Deep experience using Python, SQL, Jupyter Notebook
• Experience with Machine Learning and Descriptive analysis
