Analytic Notebook Support Specialist

Blu Omega is seeking an Analytic Notebook Support Specialist for a critical federal analytics program on a remote basis. To be considered for this role, you must hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher), and the ability to work remotely in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment. #CJ

Role Description:

• In this role, you will be supporting our client's AWS-based analytics environment. You will be essential in ensuring the smooth functioning and user adoption of analytic notebook platforms such as Jupyter or Databricks.

Your responsibilities include:

• You serve as the first line of support for users-troubleshooting technical issues, resolving access problems, and providing guidance on best practices for efficient and secure notebook usage.
• Your deep familiarity with the platform, strong problem-solving skills, and knack for clear communication enable you to assist both technical and non-technical users
• You'll help users maximize the value of analytic notebooks while ensuring compliance with organizational standards and governance.

Required Skills/Background

• Active DoD Secret Clearance
• Ability to work remotely in a collaborative, Agile Scrum environment
• Experience using Python, SQL and Jupyter Notebook (Databrick as secondary)
• Exposure to Machine Learning and Descriptive analysis
