Platform Reliability Analyst

Blu Omega is seeking a Platform Reliability Analyst for a critical federal analytics program on a remote basis. To be considered for this role, you must hold an Active DoD Secret Clearance (or higher), and the ability to work remotely in a collaborative Agile Scrum environment.

Role Description:
In this role, you will be supporting our client's AWS-based analytics environment. You’ll monitor, analyze, and optimize the end-to-end performance of analytics platforms in AWS, proactively identifying trends and potential risks, facilitating root cause analysis for recurring issues, and driving the adoption of automation and resilience improvements to maximize system uptime and user satisfaction for the analytics product suite.
Required Skills/Background:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Ability to work remotely in a collaborative, Agile Scrum environment
Experience with Incident response, capacity planning, performance tuning, automating operational tasks, SOP documentation, operational best practice
Experience with the principles associated with AWS Site Reliability Engineer and AWS Operations.
Experience with Databricks, CloudWatch, Scripting & IaC tools,
