JOB DESCRIPTION
The Infrastructure Operations Engineer is responsible for the daily health and stability of client's core analytics infrastructure, ensuring critical systems remain reliable and high-performing to meet mission needs. In this role, you will monitor system operations, address performance or availability issues, and carry out regular maintenance to minimize downtime and proactively resolve potential disruptions.
You will work closely with application and security teams to support end-to-end analytics delivery-managing incident response, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and implementing improvements that enhance reliability, scalability, and compliance. By maintaining robust documentation, coordinating upgrades, and enforcing best practices, you will help ensure the analytics environment is secure, efficient, and ready to support evolving business requirements.
