JRC is actively recruiting a Senior Analyst to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL. This position reports to JRC's Systems Engineering and Integration Division. The senior analyst will work closely with US Navy government personnel at the Strategic Weapons System (SWS) Ashore Test Facility. This position will interface and engage with Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) Branches, Navy Support Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane, and other SSP contractors to support modernization efforts at SWS Ashore. This position requires a bachelor's degree in a related field from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent years of work experience.

What You'll Do
- Provide detailed knowledge of the SWS, SSP test and evaluation, systems engineering, and continuous process improvement
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in design reviews, trade studies, and other technical meetings
- Participate in and facilitate documentation reviews amongst industry partner team members
- Participate in Test Documentation Group meetings
- Facilitate the development, execution and reporting of test program activities
- Perform shipyard installation testing-based services to include test authoring, requirements management, system level test conduct support, generating test reports and developing and tracking test metrics
- Aid in configuration management of test procedures
- Provide technical input to and author program documents
- Format specifications, directives, and correspondence in accordance with Navy manual
What You Bring to the Table
- An intimate knowledge of SSP's culture and practices
- 8+ years of SWS experience
- Prior Navy SSBN experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field from an ABET accredited institution or equivalent years of work experience
- Familiarity with technical, logistical, and program issues with SWS and SWS Ashore
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to negotiate among multiple industry partners
- A willingness to work in a team environment and the ability to work independently while prioritizing and supporting multiple tasks
- Initiative to seek out tasking
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills
- Knowledge with schedule development and execution
- An active DoD security clearance at the SECRET level or above (or have held an active DoD clearance within the last 2 years)
- Ability to support required travel
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- High quality communication and presentation dexterity
