EPS Corporation is looking for a Program Manager This role is responsible for overall program performance, personnel management, quality control, reporting, and direct coordination with U.S. Government stakeholders. The Program Manager has full authority to act on behalf of the contractor and ensures all contractual, technical, schedule, and compliance requirements are met.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the single point of contact and authorized representative for all program matters
  • Provide overall leadership and management of contract performance
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual requirements, policies, and government regulations
  • Manage personnel staffing, performance, and professional development
  • Oversee program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Develop, maintain, and execute the Quality Control Program (QCP)
  • Ensure all work products are properly documented, transitioned, and archived
  • Prepare and deliver accurate programmatic reports and briefings to government stakeholders
  • Identify program risks and implement mitigation strategies
  • Coordinate closely with government customers to ensure mission objectives are met
Required Qualifications

Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Business Administration, Finance, Political Science, Criminal Justice, Security Studies, or a related field
  • OR ten (10) additional years of program management experience may be substituted for the education requirement

Experience
  • Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant program management experience with a qualifying degree
  • OR fourteen (14) years of relevant experience with military or DoD training

Certification
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification

Security Clearance
  • Active Top Secret / Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high tempo environment
