Summary
The Growth Associate is the operational engine of RiVidium's Growth function, responsible for keeping engagement warm, pipeline accurate, and momentum constant. This role provides hands-on support for business development and capture activities and has a clear career path to Growth Director (3-5 years).
You will attend industry events, capture leads, manage CRM operations, execute relentless follow-up, and support the Growth Director's external presence.
Note: Strong sales professionals looking to transition into federal contracting are encouraged to apply. GovCon experience is preferred- we will train the right candidate on the federal market.

Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify new opportunities across target federal agencies
- Monitor GovWin, SAM.gov, and other opportunity sources
- Qualify opportunities against bid criteria and strategic fit
- Maintain CRM data accuracy and hygiene (updates within 24 hours)
- Attend industry events and capture new leads
- Execute persistent follow-up on all contacts
- Prepare meeting materials, briefings, and opportunity summaries
- Support proposal development and other Growth initiatives as assigned
- 2-4 years in sales, business development, or related field
- GovCon experience preferred - strong B2G or enterprise sales background acceptable
- CRM system proficiency
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
- Track record of meeting targets and following through on commitments
- CRM and pipeline management fundamentals
- Opportunity research and qualification methodology
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
- Federal acquisition knowledge can be learned on the job

- Proposal or sales enablement experience
- APMP Foundation certification (or willingness to obtain)
