You will be the Manufacturing Engineer for the Grand Prairie team. Our team is responsible for applying manufacturing engineering methodologies and skills to meet customer requirements and achieve the goals and objectives of the production program.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting with the process development of multiple mechanical parts relating to an individual program. You will work with shop floor personnel to develop work instructions that are accurate and yield high-quality products, and collaborate with NC programming, Tool Design, Engineering, and shop floor personnel to continuously improve the process.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must have the ability to obtain a Secret clearance.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in a manufacturing role
- Experience troubleshooting complex problems and
improving processes
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a secret clearance
- Occasional Travel required
Desired Skills:
- Experience with manufacturing and shop floor
support
- Process knowledge of activities such as ceramic
sintering/grinding, machining, sheet metal fabrication,
welding, assembly, paint/coating systems
- Knowledge and ability to conduct Root Cause /
Corrective Action activities
- MPMLink Windchill experience
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
