Sr. Openshift Deployment Engineer 11171

General Summary

We are seeking a Senior Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) 4 Consultant to support a fully remote engagement, approximately 312 hour with potential for extension. This role focuses on OpenShift platform deployment and engineering support within a secure federal environment. 1-2 trips to the Washington, DC area is required (1-2 trips) for badging and onboarding process.

Responsibilities

• Support the deployment, configuration, and validation of Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4
• Provide platform-level engineering and consulting support aligned with federal security and operational requirements
• Assist with cluster setup, configuration, and best practices for OpenShift environments
• Collaborate with government and contractor teams to ensure successful platform delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve platform, deployment, or configuration issues
• Document technical decisions, configurations, and deployment outcomes as required

Requirements

• Active Secret security clearance
• Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift Container Platform 4
• Experience supporting platform deployments in enterprise or government environments
• Solid understanding of container platforms, Kubernetes, and Red Hat ecosystems
• Ability to work independently in a remote consulting capacity
• Willingness and ability to travel to Washington, DC (1-2 trips) for badging
