Operations Manager
Edera L3C is a fast-growing healthcare consultancy that addresses today's issues and helps create tomorrow's solutions by connecting the brightest minds in healthcare. Our team of management, technology, and creative services consultants work collaboratively with industry experts who bring deep experience and expertise to create transformational business solutions. We believe complex challenges and multi-faceted opportunities call for multi-disciplinary approaches and that's how we work. We transform healthcare by bringing industry best practices from the private sector to the public sector, and the public sector to the private sector. Edera is an L3C (a variation of a limited liability company) that places "purpose before profit;" a social enterprise venture. This means we are focused on a socially beneficial mission to transform organizations rather than being driven to maximize income. Profits beyond our business sustainability goals are reinvested into communities or clients.
The Systems Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the operational execution, stability, and continuous improvement of healthcare technology systems throughout implementation and post-go-live support. This role works closely with cross-functional partners including informatics, information security, IT, training, change management, and other operational and clinical disciplines to ensure technology solutions are effectively integrated into day-to-day operations. The Systems Operations Manager collaborates with informatics teams to align system functionality with clinical and business workflows; partners with security and IT to support system access, data protection, compliance, and operational stability; and coordinates with training and change management teams to support user readiness, adoption, and sustained use. In addition, this role establishes and monitors operational metrics related to system performance, efficiency, adoption, and support effectiveness; identifies operational risks, issues, and dependencies; manages escalations and mitigation strategies; and drives continuous improvement efforts to enhance reliability, efficiency, and user experience. Through ongoing coordination with internal teams and external vendors, the Systems Operations Manager translates implementation plans into sustainable operational processes that support organizational objectives and high-quality patient care.
