Our client, a leader in government and technology services, is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be part of the IT support and development team supporting critical government operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: On-site in Washington, DC / Suitland, MD (must be local to the DC Metro Area)
What's the Job?
Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
Develop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration where applicable.
Perform custom development and third-party integrations as needed.
Carry out unit testing and resolve defects to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Assist with technical design, documentation, and migration of changes to production environments.
What's Needed?
At least 2 years of applying JavaScript coding and development skills within ServiceNow environments.
Minimum 1 year of experience developing and implementing ServiceNow APIs or similar API experience with other products.
Understanding of JavaScript programming language.
Active Top Secret / SCI clearance is required.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is preferred.
