Description:
• Assist in setting up and operating VTC equipment including cameras, microphones, displays, and control systems.
• Support the scheduling and testing of VTC calls and meetings to ensure proper functionality.
• Provide first-level troubleshooting and support for VTC hardware and software issues.
• Monitor live VTC sessions to ensure quality and address any technical issues in real-time.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues.
• Maintain inventory of VTC equipment and perform basic preventative maintenance.
• Document incidents, service requests, and resolutions accurately in ticketing systems.
• Follow standard operating procedures and escalate issues to senior staff when needed.
• Stay current with evolving VTC technologies and tools.
