What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and observing for any unusual conditions.
- Monitor access points and observe individuals entering and exiting the location to help maintain a secure environment.
- Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual occurrences, or maintenance needs according to site procedures.
- Collaborate with Allied Universal management and site personnel to address security-related concerns and support the overall mission of the location.
- Remain alert and attentive to surroundings at all times while performing assigned patrol duties.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- An active Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
- Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
