Responsibilities
- Provide property book technical advice on all accountability and property book issues associated with GCSS-ARMY IAW 710-3 and AR 710-2.
- Maintain accurate Asset Visibility and Property Book section accountability data.
- Provide advice, assistance, and instruction to users on the operations and maintenance of automation equipment and in the resolution of maintenance and supply problems.
- Review, manage, and evaluate equipment and systems data associated with Property Book accountability in GCSS-ARMY, assist with development of property merge plans for redeployment and regeneration of assigned equipment.
- Prepare documents and reports and conducts briefings for Commanders/staff members at the Division Headquarters related to supply accountability and asset visibility.
- Report status of both deployed and unit maintain equipment (UME) during deployment.
- Provide instructions and guidance to all supported units on the use and maintenance of GCSS-ARMY.
- Coordinate with FORSCOM and other DOD agencies to establish precise equipment accountability.
- Conduct analysis of all 101st Airborne Division Unit Status Reports (USR) and provides recommendations and corrective actions to the Division to resolve actual or projected equipping shortfalls.
- Coordinate directly with FORSCOM, DA G8, and Item managers to assist in filling equipment shortages for all Fort Campbell Units.
- Produce viable distribution plans for all inbound equipment.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree with a minimum of three (3) years' experience or High School Diploma or GED with ten (10) years' experience having acceptable certifications in related field may be substituted for college degree.
- Possess and maintain SECRET clearance from the Defense Security Service.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to create and maintain logistics tracking spreadsheets using formulas, filters, and pivot tables to support inventory accountability and reporting.
- Skill is drafting, formatting, and updating logistics documentation and reports using Microsoft Word to meet professional and compliance standards.
- Ability to maintain equipment accountability using Decision Support Tool (DST), Army Enterprise Systems Integration Program (AESIP), and Parts Tracker Knowledge
- Experience in automation services to include installation, lifecycle replacement in support of units during pre- deployment, deployment, care taking and recovery.
- Experience in providing advice, assistance, and instruction to users on the operations and maintenance of automation equipment and the resolution of maintenance and supply problems.
