Overview
As a Steampunk Salesforce Functional Analyst, you will serve in a supporting and administrative role within a Salesforce environment. You will work closely with Technical Architects and development teams to monitor, review, and support changes introduced through deployments and system updates, with a focus on environment administration, issue triage, and operational stability.
In this role, you will support deployment activities by helping identify potential impacts or regressions and coordinating with developers to investigate and resolve issues. You will validate configuration changes, review declarative components such as flows, validations, and approvals, and ensure they align with established standards and business expectations.
You will participate in deployment readiness and post-deployment reviews, help enforce platform and configuration standards, and provide ongoing operational support to ensure the Salesforce environment remains stable and reliable. This role emphasizes collaboration, analysis, and system stewardship.

Contributions
- Handle administrative functions in Salesforce applications including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, security, and data access, setting up flows , sharing rules and permission sets.
- Administer standard and custom fields, map them out across integrations
- Analyze database issues and troubleshoot problems.
- Assist in training rollouts to new users and grow the application knowledge.
- Envision, develop, and deploy tools to streamline processes to gain efficiencies and improve key metrics
- Keep up to date on new Salesforce features
Qualifications
- Salesforce certified professional with a minimum of two years of Salesforce functional experience .
- Experience working with product owners to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce specific user stories .
- Experience delivering a Salesforce project using Agile .
- Experience leading grooming sessions, developing the product backlog, leading Sprint ceremonies, planning and conducting testing and other functional related activities.
- Has experience leading, mentoring, and overseeing the work of junior functional resources.
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
- Must have a BA/BS degree.
