• Support training, exercise, and operational support to IC partners by identifying customer technical capabilities that contribute to end users' success.
• Provides strategic planning and senior staff support, including strategic and operational engagement coordination, scheduling and meeting logistics.
• Assist customer strategic messaging formulation, track user needs, capture senior leader direction for updates to messaging
• Captures user needs and formulates them into recommended requirement updates within a systems engineering/ agile construct
• Provide expert advice, in-depth training, and exercise / operational support to IC partners by identifying customer capabilities that contribute to users' success
• Generate intelligence summaries for SPO leadership consumption and PMR briefings pr
• Executes customer strategic messaging, user needs tracking, business intelligence and data metrics capture, and customer relationship management and monitoring.
• Frequent interaction with government, SETA, FFRDC, and external stakeholders
Qualifications
• U.S. citizenship
• Active TS/SCI clearance with Poly
• Bachelor's degree from accredited institution and 9+ years of domain experience; 15 years of experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Possess strong understanding of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED)
• Experience identifying user needs and gaps, identifying potential solutions, and assessing/analyzing alternatives
• Demonstrated performance working in a high visibility position that requires self-motivation; strong technical and leadership background; professional and tactful under pressure
• Must have excellent communications skills, both written and verbal, for coordinated communications with organizations and representatives throughout the IC and DOD , including senior military and government civilian personnel and contractors.
• Experience with the latest versions of Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint products
