$40,000 to $93,6000
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
Additional Compensation:
KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of a sign-on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance

Temporary Electronics Technician

We are looking for a team oriented and motivated individual to join us in servicing the Department of the Defense.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Performs a variety of complex technical duties including the fabrication, assembly, test, troubleshooting, analysis, evaluation, modification, and operation of complex electrical and electronic circuits and equipment in support of RF systems.
- Develops test plans and procedures, performs tests, and analyzes test data for validity.
- Perform system or component analysis.
- Develop deliverable end products from engineering documentation and drawings.
- Complex repairs including replacement of components parts based on troubleshooting results.
- Fabricates prototype and assembles complex components.
- Perform cable fabrication and integration of equipment into larger systems.
- Assists in design activities by compiling data related to the design, technical specifications and components materials needed for finished units.
- Utilize AUTOCAD to perform design changes and updates.
- Performs research on parts or equipment as required to assist engineering staff.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- 8 years of experience with satellite communication systems including controllers, positioners, RF sub systems and components, antennas, receivers and frequency conversion units.
- 10+ years of experience is desired
