ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee day to day operations of the fitness center
- Perform fitness assessments, determine exercise prescriptions, and design workout programs for employees including high risk clientele
- Provide one on one consulting, training, and motivation
- Design & implement incentives, health promotions, and other specialty programs
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- A Bachelor's degree in an exercise/fitness related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in a fitness environment
- CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications or ability to obtain certifications upon hire
- Certification from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), American Council on Exercise (ACE), National Academy of Sports medicine (NASM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) or another equivalent personal training certification from a nationally recognized credentialing authority.
SECURITY CLEARANCE:
- TS/SCI Security Clearance with lifestyle polygraph or ability to obtain after hire
