Overview
Abacus Technology is seeking an Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Specialist to provide IT support services for Space Operations Command at Peterson SFB. This is a full-time position.
Responsibilities
Qualifications
4+ years experience in ETMS2 administration and support. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Must be Security+ CE certified (or hold another certification in compliance with DoD 8140/8570 IAT Level II). ITIL v4 Foundations training and/or certification desired. Experience with Power Automate and SharePoint. Experience in license management, user account administration, training, and customer support. Must have strong communication skills. Able to work independently or as part of a team and interact professionally within all levels of an organization. Must be a US citizen and hold a current Secret clearance.

- Manage ETMS2 licensing including creating, activating, and deactivating license holders and managing license allocation.
- Support team names/workflows for USSF units, including RADS modules that convert closed taskers into records‑ready data for AF/DoD.
- Serve as primary Tier 2 ETMS2 support.
- Provide Tier 1 and SharePoint backup support as needed.
