ABOUT THE ROLE
Nooks is seeking a Senior IT/ Cyber Product Manager to own and scale enterprise IT and cybersecurity capabilities across classified and unclassified environments. This role is responsible for translating mission needs into secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure products that support both day-to-day operations and rapid expansion.
You will lead product strategy and execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and secure facility delivery-partnering closely with engineering, security, operations, and leadership to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions that enable our customers' most sensitive missions.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Nooks is seeking a Senior IT/ Cyber Product Manager to own and scale enterprise IT and cybersecurity capabilities across classified and unclassified environments. This role is responsible for translating mission needs into secure, reliable, and scalable infrastructure products that support both day-to-day operations and rapid expansion.
You will lead product strategy and execution across infrastructure, cybersecurity, and secure facility delivery-partnering closely with engineering, security, operations, and leadership to deliver compliant, high-impact solutions that enable our customers' most sensitive missions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Product Leadership & Strategy
- Own the product vision and roadmap for IT and cybersecurity platforms across classified and unclassified environments.
- Translate mission and stakeholder requirements into scalable, secure technical capabilities.
Align engineering, security, compliance, and operations on priorities and delivery. - Infrastructure & Secure Environment Delivery
- Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise infrastructure, including networks, endpoints, data centers, and collaboration platforms.
- Serve as product owner for new site standups, relocations, and secure environments (including SCIFs).
- Define standardized infrastructure designs, technology stacks, and bills of materials to support rapid growth.
- Cybersecurity, Operations & Lifecycle Management
- Embed cybersecurity and compliance requirements (RMF, NIST, CMMC) throughout the product lifecycle.
- Manage backlogs, delivery milestones, deployments, upgrades, and platform sustainment.
- Drive operational excellence through performance metrics, vendor management, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Experience & Technical Expertise
- 10+ years in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise systems, with experience in product or program leadership.
- Proven experience delivering secure on-prem, cloud, or hybrid environments in regulated or DoD settings.
- Experience supporting new facility builds, secure environments, or complex network deployments.
- Security & Platform Knowledge
- Familiarity with DoD and federal security frameworks (NIST 800-171/53, RMF, CMMC, JSIG).
- Strong understanding of networking, identity, endpoint management, and data protection.
- Experience operating across Windows and macOS environments, and enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace).
- Product & Leadership Skills
- Strong product management fundamentals: roadmaps, backlogs, delivery planning, and KPIs.
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical teams and executive stakeholders.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts in fast-paced, mission-driven environments.
Certifications
- CISSP, CISM, PMP, SAFe/Agile, CCSP.
Clearance
- Active TS clearance (SCI eligible).
