Overview
Employment in this role is conditional upon successful execution of the contract by the client.
The Program Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the contract and will serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) and senior-level Government stakeholders. This role involves identifying, assessing, and recommending innovative technologies and services to enhance and advance the capabilities of the client's enterprise. Key areas of focus include enterprise networking, identity and access management, mobility solutions, asset management, imaging, application and system development, collaboration tools, cloud hosting, and communication services, all aimed at fulfilling the client's mission requirements.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the execution of staffing plans, manage schedules, provide strategic guidance to multiple teams, and coordinate the formulation, organization, and monitoring of interconnected projects. Prepare and/or deliver reports to the client's Program Managers (PMs) and ensure task management deliverables are met efficiently and effectively.
- Act as the designated representative, responsible for ensuring the technical and administrative execution of all services under this contract.
- Serve as the primary Point of Contact (POC) for resolving administrative questions or addressing challenges related to this contract.
- Function as the central conduit for communications, work assignments, and the flow of technical direction between the client and Cayuse.
- Collaborate with other task leads to ensure timely completion of deliverables, communicate any identified risks, and propose mitigation plans to the client.
- Provide comprehensive contract management and administrative oversight to meet the performance metrics and qualitative standards outlined in the contract.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL v3 Foundation certified to ensure task order functions, program/project management services, performance tracking and reporting, and task order execution are conducted and managed according to industry best practices.
- A minimum of five (5) years of experience in IT program management.
- A bachelor's degree in management, computer science, or information systems.
- Experience with applying the Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the PM should have an additional ten (10) years' experience in IT program management for a total of fifteen (15) years of experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Be available during core business hours (09:00-15:00) to meet with the client (either in person or through other agreed-upon methods) to address tasks and resolve issues as they arise.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of diverse individuals.
- Willing to work non-traditional schedules/shifts to support team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
