The Lead Enterprise Architect will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) in application development, network engineering, and cloud architecture and design activities, providing critical support. This role involves leading architectural efforts to design and integrate application and network solutions, advising on innovative technology strategies to meet the client's mission objectives, and developing robust business cases to analyze Return on Investment (ROI) for new technologies. The Lead Enterprise Architect will ensure solutions align with organizational goals by incorporating industry best practices such as Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.

Pay Range
USD $160,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.

Responsibilities
- Lead application and network architecture and design efforts, assist in developing business cases for new technologies and solutions.
- Advise information technology (IT) system strategy to meet business objectives and requirements, and research and evaluate new networking technologies to support the client's mission.
- Demonstrate experience in developing business cases and determining the Return on Investment (ROI).
- Identifying and architecting solutions and technologies to meet business and functional requirements
- Applying the Agile and Scrum frameworks and methodologies in support of projects.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Software Development.
- Experience in network engineering and a minimum of 5 years in Network Architecture.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems.
- In lieu of a bachelor's degree, the Lead Enterprise Architect should have an additional ten (10) years of experience in IT network engineering for a total of fifteen (15) years of experience.
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Must be able to pass a background check. May require additional background checks as required by projects and/or clients at any time during employment.
Minimum Skills:
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a clear, professional, and articulate manner.
- Must be extremely detail-oriented and well organized.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast past environment with changing priorities; adaptable to change and a quick learner.
- Must be self-motivated and able to work well independently as well as on a multi-functional team.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
- Proficient in MS Office, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Ability to lead and manage a team of diverse individuals.
- Willing to work non-traditional schedules/shifts to support team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization.
