Position Summary
Odyssey Systems has an exciting new opportunity for an experienced Configuration and CDRL Data Manager (CM/DM) supporting a high priority acquisition mission within t he Air Force Life Cycle Management Center's C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI).
The C3I and Infrastructure Division (AFLCMC/HNI) focuses on providing enterprise support to over 110 active Air Force, Air National Guard (ANG), and Air Force Reserve installations and bases. The office also provides technical and policy support and provides C3I infrastructure for the USAF enterprise applications.
This is a full time position located at Hanscom AFB, Bedford, MA.
Responsibilities
In this Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) role, you will provide expert-level support to Department of Defense (DoD) programs by assisting government leadership with decision-making, planning, and execution throughout the acquisition lifecycle. You will apply your technical and/or professional expertise to ensure compliance with applicable policies and regulations, contribute to mission success, and help deliver critical capabilities to the warfighter.

Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain a Secret Level Clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Education: BA/BS Degree in related field
Years of Experience: 3+ years of professional experience
Assist the Government in developing and administering CM plans; maintaining design traceability and integrity; convening and managing change boards; and preparing for and attending major events such as, but not limited to, Technical Interchange Meetings, Preliminary Design Reviews, Critical Design Reviews, Physical Configuration Audits, Functional Configuration Audits, and Configuration Control Boards.

Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide configuration management of all relevant program artifacts, including software, hardware, and documentation baselines.
- Archive acquisition documentation and maintain CM files including change control, status accounting, and configuration identification.
- Review and analyze CM and CDRL data from contractors for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Convene and manage Configuration Control Boards (CCBs), Technical Review Boards (TRBs), and Data Requirements Review Boards (DRRBs).
- Participate in cross-functional review boards and engineering assessments, ensuring traceability and baseline integrity.
- Track and maintain Change Requests (CRs), Discrepancy Reports (DRs), and Problem Reports (PRs).
- Support and prepare for audits including Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) and Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs).
- Develop and administer configuration management plans; support licensing, version control, and software releases.
- Manage CM libraries and repositories; support data tracking workflows and automated archival systems.
- Ensure contractor compliance with CDRL deliveries and data justification forms.
- Oversee compliance with all applicable DoD guidance including DoDI 5230.24, DODD 5230.25, DoD 5010.12-M, and DFARS clauses.
- Support the Configuration Management USAP Self-Inspection Checklists and input results into MICT.
- Collaborate with engineers, quality assurance, program managers, and stakeholders in an IPT environment.
- Support preparation and distribution of CDRLs and maintain distribution lists for program transmittal methods.

- IT CM experience within the DoD environment
- Experience performing hardware and software configuration audits
- Experience performing the technical/administrative activities necessary to manage CM tools for inventory control, version control, data duplication, and media labeling.
- Experience producing release notes and CM reports
- An in-depth understanding of the configuration change control process, the role of the Change Control Board, and change control documentation
- Experience performing baseline administrative activities for multiple environments
- Experience developing briefings for management
- Understanding of all phases of the software development life cycle
- Ability to enter and manipulate data in a database
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Experience in MS Office Suite software require
