Position Summary:
ODME Solutions is seeking a Junior/Mid-Level CI/CD Scheduler to support the planning, tracking, and reporting of software development, integration, and deployment activities across multiple mission-critical systems.
The candidate for this role will gain hands-on exposure to modern CI/CD workflows, software tools, and reporting practices by working closely with CI/CD engineers, software developers, product owners, cybersecurity teams, and program leadership teams.
Position Responsibilities:
⦁ Own and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and Agile tracking tools (JIRA, Confluence) supporting CI/CD pipelines and software delivery efforts.
⦁ Lead collection, validation, and consolidation of schedule and status inputs from cross-functional technical teams.
• Collect, validate, and consolidate status updates from cross-functional teams.
• Support and facilitate sprint planning, release planning, milestone reviews.
• Produce clear, repeatable reports to support monthly status reporting (MSRs), leadership briefings, and government deliverables.
• Partner with Program Managers and Technical Leads to improve delivery cadence, predictability, and transparency.
• Help improve and standardize CI/CD scheduling, tracking, and reporting processes as the team and program scale.
Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience supporting project coordination, scheduling, program support, or software development teams.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, sprint/release planning, backlog management, and dependency tracking.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn new tools and processes.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience supporting Agile and/or hybrid software development environments.
• Experience supporting mission-critical or high-visibility software systems.
• Experience working in DoD or government contracting environments.
Required Qualifications/Certifications:
• Active Secret Security Clearance
Hybrid/Primarily on-site schedule (approximately 80%) at the designated work location.
