Role Summary
The RPA Solutions Architect is responsible for defining the overall automation architecture and ensuring all delivered solutions align with NIWC Pacific’s technical, security, and operational requirements. This role provides architectural oversight, design governance, and technical leadership across multiple automation efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Define end-to-end automation solution architectures using UiPath and Microsoft automation platforms.
Ensure compatibility with Government UiPath licensing, orchestrator configurations, and infrastructure constraints.
Establish development standards, architectural patterns, and best practices for automation delivery.
Review and approve automation designs, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Advise on integration strategies with existing enterprise systems and data sources.
Provide technical oversight across delivery without assuming long-term program management responsibilities.
Support Government briefings, architecture reviews, and solution demonstrations.
Ensure delivered automation solutions meet Government acceptance criteria and security requirements.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in RPA or automation architecture roles.
Deep expertise in UiPath platform architecture, including Orchestrator, deployment models, and governance.
Experience designing automation solutions for secure, high-compliance Government environments.
Strong stakeholder communication and technical leadership skills.
Ability to translate mission needs into scalable automation architectures.
