Role Summary
The RPA Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and delivering UiPath-based automation bots that integrate seamlessly with our client’s existing UiPath and Microsoft automation environments. This role focuses on hands-on bot development and documentation to support mission-critical automation initiatives across enterprise and operational domains.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop automation bots using UiPath as the primary RPA platform.
Configure bots to align with Government-defined UiPath licensing models (attended/unattended, orchestrator dependencies).
Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, including design artifacts, configuration steps, and deployment instructions.
Perform unit testing and support initial production deployment of delivered bots.
Implement minor enhancements, bug fixes, and troubleshooting activities as incidental sustainment support.
Collaborate with Government SMEs during development, testing, and deployment activities.
Support demonstrations, briefings, or limited training sessions as required by delivery orders.
Ensure all deliverables comply with Government security, performance, and documentation standards.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience developing UiPath automation solutions.
Strong understanding of structured automation design, exception handling, and logging.
Experience integrating UiPath bots with Microsoft technologies (e.g., O365, Power Automate).
Ability to work within controlled Government environments and follow security procedures.
Strong written communication skills for technical documentation.
