You have at least one year of specialized Logistics Management Specialist, Supply and Material Management experience equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service providing Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), Production and Regional Maintenance Activity Logistics Support, Operating Materials and Supplies (OM&S) management. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Apply knowledge and skills of Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), DOD Material and Supply Requisitioning maintenance and management to solve various logistical problems and support; 2) Utilize knowledge of fleet modernization program policies and processes in addition to Technical Manuals (TM) and publications to accomplish ILS requirements for Ship Alterations (SHIPALTS) and Work Item Specification maintenance packages; Knowledge of processes related to ILS, PDREP and OM&S concepts and methodology. 3) Ability to obtain proficiency in the material and maintenance data management and processing programs to include Model Base Product Support (MBPS), Configuration Managers Database - Open Architecture (CDMD-OA) , Onetouch Support (OTS), Navy Maintenance Database, Product Data Reporting and Evaluation Program (PDREP), Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE), Maritime Systems Environment (MSE), etc.) used in the design, procurement, construction, overhaul, operation, supply, maintenance, and modification/repair of complete equipment systems or subsystems.

- You collect, interpret, and develop support plans in accordance with drawings, technical manuals (TM) and Allowance Parts List (APL) assigned to major components.
- You establish and maintain a reporting program sufficient to provide information required to brief officials on the current material support status of the assigned systems.
- You will research complex systems that are located on the newest systems or first of the class ships.
- You will review requisitions and update operational and repair equipment related to Equipment Technical Manuals and Planned Maintenance documentation for equipment being installed.
