In this position, you will work closely with executive leadership to deliver rigorous analysis, practical recommendations, and scalable solutions that enhance operational effectiveness across complex federal environments.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst, you will:
- Provide direct analytical and advisory support to the Regional Director, Deputy Regional Director, and senior management teams
- Plan and deliver analytical support for facilitation, training, methodology development, and program evaluation
- Apply business management and organizational development techniques to improve agency performance
- Support agency business and operational process improvement and modernization initiatives
- Identify operational and organizational issues, conduct detailed analyses, and develop actionable solution options
- Assist leadership in selecting and implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and mission outcomes
- Develop clear documentation, briefings, and decision-support materials for senior stakeholders
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Onsite support in New York, NY
- Support required during standard federal business hours
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Public Trust clearance required or higher
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 10 years of professional experience providing analytical, business, or organizational support in complex environments
- Demonstrated experience supporting senior leadership and management teams
- Proven ability to analyze business and operational processes and recommend improvements
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including briefing senior stakeholders
- Support high-impact federal missions and leadership decision-making
- Work on modernization and organizational improvement initiatives that matter
- Collaborate with experienced professionals across federal programs
- Contribute directly to agency performance in a major federal hub
