Purpose and Scope
The Maintenance Plan Coordinator plays a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and effective maintenance operations. Reporting to the SSC Operations Supervisor, this role provides coordination and administrative support across the maintenance planning function. Working closely with planners, schedulers, maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, the Maintenance Plan Coordinator ensures maintenance activities are accurately planned, scheduled, and documented-enabling optimal resource use and timely preventive maintenance delivery.

Required:
- Certificate IV or higher in Business Administration (or equivalent)
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision and manage multiple priorities

- Trade qualification
