Job Description
As a Security Officer in Dallas, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol aerospace and defense locations, remaining highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols and provide exceptional customer service and communication to all personnel and visitors. This is a driving position, offering the opportunity to interact with a dynamic environment while upholding our core values of agility, reliability, innovation, and integrity through teamwork.

What You'll Do:
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a secure environment.
- Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related concerns within the aerospace and defense location.
- Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and contractors, offering assistance as needed while upholding site protocols.
- Document incidents and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
- Work collaboratively with other Allied Universal personnel and site representatives to support overall security-related objectives.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least two years of security-related experience is required.
- Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
- A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
