Job Description

As a Security Officer - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Brunswick, GA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within an aerospace and defense location, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible. Your presence supports a secure environment, and you will deliver exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols for the aerospace and defense environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues, adapting to varying working environments and conditions.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials and reporting any unusual behavior or security-related concerns.
• Document all patrol activities, incidents, and observations according to Allied Universal and site-specific requirements.
• Communicate and coordinate with Allied Universal management, site personnel, and local authorities as needed during routine operations and emergency situations.
• Remain attentive to changes in the environment and report any maintenance or security-related hazards identified during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
